satiare refers to the appeasing of a want generally, of hunger etc.
saturare refers to the appeasing of an unntural craving, or of an over-eager longing, e.g. a voracious hunger etc..
SATISFIED
satis habere is consider something as enough and refers to a typically unempassioned judgment that one has no further claims or wishes in a certain situation.
contentum esse refers to the feeling of being satisfied and is typically a sign of moderation and self-control.
