發嘉瑞於后土，
召環雉於大荒之外，
安圜堵於函夏之內，
近弭禍亂之階，
遠垂長世之祉。
然時無聖人，
目其口藻，
故不得騁驊騄之跡於千里之途，
編近世之道於三墳之末也。
拘繫之徒，
桎梏淺隘之中，
