德行積於衡巷，
忠貞盡於事君，
仰馳神於垂象，
俯運思於風云，
一事不知，
則所為不通，
片言不正，
則褒貶不分，
舉趾為世人之所則，
動唇為天下之所傳，
此儒家之難也，
所謂易中之難矣。
篤論二者，
儒業多難，
道家約易，
吾以患其難矣，
將舍而從其易焉。
世之譏吾者，
則比肩皆是也。
可與得意者，
則未見其人也。
若同志之人，
必存乎將來，
則吾亦未謂之為希矣。 」
