難中之易也。
夫棄交游，
委妻子，
謝榮名，
損利祿，
割粲爛於其目，
抑鏗鏘於其耳，
恬愉靜退，
獨善守己，
謗來不戚，
譽至不喜，
睹貴不欲，
居賤不恥，
此道家之難也。
出無慶吊之望，
入無瞻視之責，
不勞神於七經，
不運思於律歷，
意不為推步之苦，
心不為藝文之役，
衆煩既損，
和氣自益，
無為無慮，
不怵不惕，
此道家之易也，

夫儒者所修，
