甪裏先生綺裏季之徒，
皆仙人也，
良悉從受其神方，
雖為呂后所強飲食，
尋復修行仙道，
密自度世，
但世人不知，
故云其死耳。
如孔安國之言，
則良為得仙也。
又漢丞相張蒼，
偶得小術，
吮婦人乳汁，
得一百八十歲，
此蓋道之薄者，
而蒼為之，
猶得中壽之三倍，
況於備術，
行諸秘妙，
何為不得長生乎？
此事見於漢書，
非空言也。
抱朴子曰：
服藥雖為長生之本，
若能兼行氣者，
其益甚速，
若不能得藥，
但行氣而盡其理者，
亦得數百歲。
