言此非善祥也。
孔子乃愴然而泣。
後得惡夢，
乃欲得見吾。
時四月中盛熱，
不能往，
尋聞之病七日而沒，
於今仿彿記其顏色也。
又云：
秦始皇將我到彭城，
引出周時鼎。
吾告秦始皇，
言此鼎是神物也。
有德則自出，
無道則淪亡。
君但修己，
此必自來，
不可以力致也。
始皇當時大有怪吾之色，
而牽之果不得出也。
乃謝吾曰，
君固是遠見理人也。
又說漢高祖項羽皆分明，
如此事類，
不可具記。
時人各共識之，
以為戲笑。
然凡人聞之，
皆信其言。
