『有君不弔，
有臣不敏；
君不赦宥，
臣亦不帥職，
增淫發泄，

衛人使大叔儀對，
曰：
「群臣不佞
得罪於寡君。
寡君不以即刑，
而悼棄之，
以為君憂。

辱弔群臣，
又重恤之。
