如是我聞：
一時佛在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園。
爾時舍衛城中，
人民眾多，
居止隘迮，
廁溷尠少，
大小便利，
多往出城。
或有豪尊，
不能去者，
便利在器中，
雇人除之。
時有一人，
名曰尼提，
極貧至賤，
無所趣向，
仰客作除糞，
得價自濟。
爾時世尊，
即知其應度，
獨將阿難，
入於城內，
欲拔濟之。
到一里頭，
正值尼提，
持一瓦器，
盛滿不淨，
欲往棄之。
遙見世尊，
