「請問洞極上平氣至無不治，
故天師乃考疽疥蟲食人也。
今獨以此驗之邪？
其餘蟲云何哉？ 」
「善哉！
真人今旦問事也。
天疾是教子問此邪？
天甚疾人為惡，
猾吏民背天逆地，
共欺其上，
獨陰伏為奸積久，
如蟲食人也，
天毒惡之。
故使子反覆問之。
然蟲食人，
所謂蟲而治人也。
其為災最甚劇，
逆氣亂正者也。
今皇平氣至，
不宜有此應。
真人付德君，
欲知道洞洽，
未令民間悉移蟲主名，
大小為害之屬何也？
謂疽癘傷疥，
盡從腹中三蟲之屬，
皆移主名。
其移大多者，
固固下多蟲治人。
