○握真輔第一
蕭寂蓽門，
研神保形，
和魂夷炁，
守養神關者，
豈可以與夫坐華屋，
擊鍾鼓，
饗五鼎，
艷綺紈者同日而論之哉。
大羅之與籠樊，
俱一物耳，
是以古之高人，
皆去彼而取此矣。
老氏寧悶悶不察察，
而況我之鄙夫(未知此一篇是何書中語，
既有道之辭，
故聊以抄出，
是兩手書耳)。
玄玄即排起，
注之曰：
故玄玄以八風為橐籥，
天地為隄防，
四海為甕罌，
九州為稗糠，
積之以萬殊，
蒸之以陰陽。
其陶鑄也充隆吹累，
剛柔清濁，
