稷丘君者，
泰山下道士也。
武帝時，
以道術受賞賜。
髪白再黑，
齒落更生。
後罷去。
上東巡泰山，
稷丘君乃冠章甫，
衣黃衣，
擁琴來迎，
拜武帝，
指帝：
「陛下勿上也，
上必傷足指。 」
及數里，
右足指果折。
上諱之，
故但祠而還。
為稷丘君立祠焉，
為稷承奉之云。
稷丘洞徹，
修道靈山。
煉形濯質，
變白還年。
漢武行幸，
攜琴來延。
戒以升陟，
逆睹未然。
