朱仲者，
會稽人也，
常於會稽市上販珠。
漢高後時，
下書募三寸珠。
仲讀購書笑曰：
「直值汝矣。 」
齎三寸珠詣闕上書。
珠好過度，
即賜五百金。
魯元公主復私以七百金，
從仲購珠。
仲獻四寸珠，
送置於闕即去。
下書會稽徵聘，
不知所在。
景帝時，
復來獻三寸珠數十枚，
輒去，
不知所之云。
朱仲無欲，
聊寄賈商。
俯窺驪龍，
捫此夜光。
發跡會稽，
曜奇咸陽。
施而不德，
歷世彌彰。
