〈蘇君傳行事訣〉
人頭有九宮。
兩眉間上，
卻入三分為守寸：
一寸為明堂宮，
二寸為洞房宮，
三寸為丹田泥丸官，
四寸為流珠宮，
五寸為玉帝宮；
明堂上一寸為天庭宮，
洞房上一寸為極真宮，
丹田上一寸為玄丹官，
流珠上一寸為太皇宮。
凡一頭中有九宮，
並各方一寸，
守一法。
立春日夜半，
東向平坐，
閉氣臨目，
握固兩膝，
上先存守寸中，
左有絳臺，
臺中有青房，
房中有神，
著青衣；
右有黃闕，
中有紫戶，
紫戶中有神，
